Foz do Lizandro is a beach in Carvoeira, greater Ericeira área, that belongs to the municipality of Mafra.

Its located on the south part of Ericeira, just 15min walk from the center of the Vilage and 30min drive from Lisbon and Cascais.

The Lizandro river provides an amazing scenario for many activities such as SUP -Stand up Paddle, Cannoing and swims along the river. The foz represents the encounter of the river with the ocean, place where the Surf is so strong with many schools and Camps gathering in this unique location.

Because of the wide extension of beach, and located more inside and not along the salty waters it provides the perfect place for the Beach Volley Academy in Ericeira (BVE) where our weekly trainings and events take place – all round the year.
